Chronic diseases are the leading cause of death in the world‭. ‬

Healthy diets are proven to prevent‭, ‬manage and sometimes even reverse diseases like diabetes‭, ‬heart diseases‭, ‬Alzheimer’s and some cancers‭. ‬

Solving the Problem at its Root

By empowering healthcare professionals with the tools‭, ‬techniques‭, ‬and knowledge to treat their patients differently‭, ‬we empower‭ ‬them to enhance patient care and save lives around the world‭, ‬while also protecting our planet and global resources‭.‬

As an observer to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), PAN International is committed to amplifying the voices of health professionals on the critical intersection of climate change and nutrition.

Our observer status provides a platform to advocate for policies that address the health implications of climate change while also highlighting the health co-benefits of climate action. By engaging with policymakers and international bodies, we aim to ensure that health professionals' expertise informs climate action and promotes sustainable, resilient food systems.

PAN International’s global efforts are led by a diverse team of experts who are strongly united in their passion about creating a healthier and more sustainable world‭ ‬‮–‬‭ ‬through nutrition‭.‬
